Poul Kj?rholm was one of the star architects behind Danish Modern. With his functionalistic approach to furniture design, Kj?rholm cultivated simplicity and lightness. Moreover, as a designer, he excelled at combining his favorite material, steel, with other organic materials. Both qualities are reflected beautifully in the PK1 dining chair.
